Welkom bij de maandelijkse Global Creative INKspirations Blog Hop. Het thema van deze maand is "Vriendschap". Vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn lieve vriendin Ine (want ze is ook bijna jarig). Ine is naast een hele goede vriendin ook mijn teamgenootje en via Stampin' Up! hebben wij elkaar ontmoet. Hoe bijzonder is dat! Omdat dit een Internationale blog is, zal ik deze blog ook in het Engels schrijven.
Welcome to our monthly Global Creative INKspirations Blog Hop. The theme of this month is "Friendship". Today I made a card for my very good and dear friend Ine (and it is also her birthday this weekend). Ine is not just a very good friend, but she is also one of my team members. We met through Stampin' Up! How special is that!
My native language is Dutch, so this blog will be in Dutch as well as in my best of English. And if you do not understand my English, there is always the translate button on the top right (hihihi.....).
Voor het kaartje voor Ine heb ik de Honey Bee Bundle gebruikt. Deze bundel bestaat uit de Honey Bee stempelset en de daarbij behorende Detailed Bees Dies. Als je de bundel besteld, ontvang je een 10% korting. Op het moment dat ik dit kaartje maakte, was de lijst van Uitloopartikelen nog niet bekend. Inmiddels is bekend, dat deze bundel na 2 juni niet meer bestelbaar zal zijn. Dus wil je deze set/bundel graag hebben? Bestel dan nu, want OP=OP!
For Ine's card I used the Honey Bee Bundle. The bundle is the Honey Bee stamp set and the Detailed Bees Dies together. If you order this bundle, you will receive a discount of 10%. When I was making this card I did not now the list of Last-Chance products yet. Now we know that this bundle will not be available any more as from June 2nd. So, if you would love to have this bundle, please order it right now, because when it is sold out it is sold out.
Om deze kaart te maken heb ik een basiskaart Whisper White gebruikt van 21 cm bij 14,5 cm, gerild op 10,5 cm en dubbel gevouwen. Op een mat van 10 cm bij 14 cm heb ik eerst de bijenkorf gestempeld in Crushed Curry en daarna heb ik deze uitgestanst. Boven het onstane gat heb ik de tekst gestempeld en eromheen de bijen. Als laatste heb ik uit een stuk Vellum de honingraat gestanst en achter het gat geplakt. Uit een restant stukje Basic Black cardstock heb ik de grote bij gestanst en deze heb ik laten glimmen met de Clear Wink of Stella. Voordat ik de mat met Stampin' Dimensionals op de basiskaart heb geplakt, heb ik er wel voor gezorgd, dat de uitgestanste bijenkorf precies onder het gat zat.
To make this card I used a base card of Whisper White of 21 cm by 14,5 cm, scored at 10,5 cm and folded.On a matt Whisper White of 10 cm by 14 cm I stamped the beehive with Crushed Curry ink. After that I cut the beehive out of the card stock with the dies. I stamped the text above the hole in the card and on the rest of the card the bees. From a piece of Vellum I cut the honeycomb and glued it on the back of the hole. Last but not least I cut a bee out of a piece of Basic Black card stock. I gave it some spark with the Clear Wink of Stella. I glued this matt with Stampin' Dimensionals to the card but not before I glued the beehive to the base card first.
