Today I am participating in Kylie's International Blog Highlights September 2018. The theme is "Congratulations". Because this is a International Blog I will write this blog in Dutch and English (at least I will try my best).
Dit is mijn kaart.
This is my card.
Voor deze kaart heb ik een mat van Glossy White Cardstock genomen en hierop heb ik met de Picture Perfect Birthday Photopolymer stempelset de 'strikken' gestempeld met Versamark inkt. Daarna heb ik deze heat embost met White Stampin' emboss powder.
For this card I took a mat of Glossy White Cardstock and on this cardstock I stamped the 'Bow' with the Picture Perfect Birthday Photopolymer stampset with Versamark ink. After that I heat embossed it with White Stampin' emboss powder.
Daarna heb ik met de Sponge Daubers de kleuren Gorgeous Grape, Pacific Piont, Bermuda Bay en Costal Cabana (v.l.n.r.) gesponst. De Glossy cardstock maakt het blenden een stuk makkelijker! Nadat ik de kaart gesponst had, heb er een doekje overheen gewreven om het overtollige inkt van de strikken te halen. Het geheel heb ik op een mat van Basic Black cardstock geplakt en deze heb weer op een basiskaart van Thick Whisper White geplakt!
After that I sponged the colors Gorgeous Grape, Pacific Point, Bermuda Bay and Costal Cabana (from left to right) with the Sponge Daubers on the card. The Glossy cardstock makes it very easy to blend. After sponging the card I used a tissue to get rid of the ink of the white embossed bows. I glued this on a piece of Basic Black cardstock and this was glued to a basic card of Thick Whisper White cardstock.
Als laatste heb ik uit een restant stukje Basic Black en Whisper White de woorden Celebrate You gestanst met de Celebrate You Thinlits Dies. Om de woorden wat te laten glanzen ben ik er met de Fine-tip Glue Pen overheen gegaan! Ik hou van dit effect!
Last but not least I die cut the words Celebrate You with the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies out of a piece of Whisper White and Basic Black cardstock. I also used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to make the words shiny.
