Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop - Bloemen

Hoi en welkom bij de internationale Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop. Het thema van deze maand is "bloemen". Gisteren kreeg ik de eerste levering binnen van mijn Stampin' Up! nieuwe catalogus bestellling en 3x raden wat voor een sets er in zaten. Juist bloemen. Voor het kaartje van vandaag heb ik gekozen om de echt prachtige en gedetailleerde Artistic Dies te gebruiken. 

Hi and welcome to the International Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop. The theme of this month is "Floral". Yesterday I received a part of my Stampin' Up! new catalog order and guess what was in it? Right... Flower sets. For today's card I used the amazing en detailed Artistic Dies. 

Bij mijn bestelling zat iets nieuws. Niet alleen nieuw in de catalogus, maar ook zeker nieuw voor mij: de Soft Pastels Assortment. Pastel krijtjes om in te kleuren. Na wat oefenen heb ik met de Soft Pastels en mijn Water Painter deze achtergrond gemaakt op een stuk Shimmery White cardstock. Echt super leuk. 

In my order there was something new. Not only new in the catalog, but also very new to me: The Soft Pastels Assortment. Some chalk pastels for colouring. After experimenting a little bit with the Soft Pastels and my Water Painter I made this background on a piece of Shimmery White card stock. I just love it!

Als basis heb ik een een stuk Granny Apple Green cardstock genomen van 23 cm bij 11,5 cm en deze heb ik gerild op 11,5 cm en dubbel gevouwen. Hierop heb ik een mat Basic White geplakt van 11 cm bij 11 cm en daarbovenop mijn zelfgemaakte achtergrond van 10,5 cm bij 10,5 cm. Met de nieuwe Artistic Dies heb ik 2x de grote bloem uitgestanst en deze heb ik eerst op elkaar geplakt en daarna op de kaart.

As a base I used a piece of Granny Apple Green card stock of 23 cm by 11,5 cm, scored it and folded it. On top of this I glued a piece of Basic White of 11 cm by 11 cm. On top of that I glued the background I made myself (10,5 cm by 10,5 cm). With the new Artistic Dies I die-cut the biggest flower twice and I glued those two pieces on top of each other for some extra dimension. After that I glued this piece to the card.
