Hi and welcome to the bloghop of Global Creative INKspirations. A few weeks ago I was asked to participate in this international bloghop of the lovely ladies Tatiana Tobin from Australia and Angie McKenzie from the USA! Of course I want to participate! What an honor! The theme of this month is the Holiday Catalogue (non-Christmas). Because my native language is Dutch I will do my best to write this blog in Dutch as well as in my best of English.
Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt.
This is the card I made.
For this card I used a base of Whisper White card stock of 29 cm by 10,5 cm. I am so sorry about the centimeters, but that is what we use in the Netherlands. If you want to work in inches, you can just use a normal base card as you are used to. On this base card I glued a mat of Feels Like Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper of 10 cm by 14 cm. If you use inches you can make the mat a quarter of an inch smaller than the base card.
From a left-over piece of Whisper White I cut a rectangle with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. And because the Feels Like Frost Specialty DSP is so beautiful silver on one site I decided to stamp the glasses on a piece of Vellum with Versamark ink. After that I heat embossed it with silver embossing powder. After die-cutting the glasses I glued them on the rectangle with some Mini Dimensionals. I did hide the dimensionals behind the embossed places. I glued the rectangle to the card with some Stampin' Dimensionals.
Last but not least I heat embossed the word Hooray on a strip of Whisper White in Silver. After that I cut both sides and put it on the card with some dimensionals. To add some more glimmer to the card I added some Basic Rhinestones.
