Voor vandaag heb ik de gratis stempelset Lovely Lilly Pad uit de kast gehaald en deze prachtige set kun je nu al verdienen. En weet je wat er zo bijzonder is aan deze stempelset? De stempels kun je aan beide kanten gebruiken. Met de ene (gebruikelijke) kant stempel je de omlijning en met de andere kant de opvulling van de afdruk. Is dat niet geweldig?

For this hop I used the Lovely Lilly Pad which you can earn for free right know. There is something special about this stamp set. One side of the stamp you can use to stamp the outline and then you can turn the stamp upside down on your block and you can stamp the filling of the image. Isn't that amazing?

Ik heb een aantal van deze schattige kaarsjes gekocht en ik wilde er graag een verpakking omheen maken, zodat ik ze cadeau kan doen als ik bij iemand op bezoek ga. Ik heb het kaarsje opgemeten en globaal gezegd is het 6 cm bij 6 cm bij 6 cm. Ik ben aan het rekenen geslagen en heb dit doosje gemaakt met de volgende afmetingen. Hierbij de werkbeschrijving:

• Neem een stuk Pool Party cardstock van 25 cm bij 18 cm.
• Ril deze met de lange zijde boven op 6 cm - 12 cm - 18 cm en 24 cm
• Draai het een kwartslag en ril met de korte zijde boven op 6 cm en 12 cm. Draai je cardstock op zijn kop (dus nog steeds dezelfde korte zijde bovenaan) en ril op 17 cm. Deze rillijn zit aan de aan de kant dan alle andere rillijnen.
• Draai het papier weer terug naar de lange zijde met de 1 cm rillijn bovenaan. Ril op 9 cm en op 21 cm van boven tot aan de eerste rillijn. Dit is een hulplijn voor de volgende stap.
• Trek nu met je Take your Pick Tool (het balletje) een lijn van de hoek naar het hulplijntje en dat doe je ook de andere kant op zodat er een driehoek van rillijnen ontstaat. Dit herhaal je op de andere plek waar je ook dit hulplijntje hebt gezet.Ik heb hieronder aangegeven hoe dit er uit ziet

• Knip nu aan de onderkant de vierkanten in en het laatste kleine rechthoekje knip je er af. Plak nu je doosje/melkkarton in elkaar.
• Pons nu twee gaatjes aan de bovenkant van je doosje. Haal hier een lintje doorheen om je doosje te sluiten. 
• Om het doosje te versieren heb ik voor de matten de volgende maten gebruikt. De Gorgeous Grape cardstock matten zijn 5,5 cm bij 5,5 cm en de Lilly Pad Impressions Designer Series Paper matten zijn 5 cm bij 5 cm. Dit DSP kun je trouwens ook gratis verdienen bij een bestelling van € 60,=.
• Als laatste heb ik een aantal lelies uit de Lovely Lilly Pad stempelset met Flirty Flamingo inkt en deze heb ik uitgestanst met de  Lilly Pad dies die je kunt verdienen bij een bestelling van € 120,=. Alles past bij elkaar, dat is toch geweldig!

I bought some candles and I wanted to package them nicely to give them to some people. The measurements of the candles are about 6 cm by 6 cm by 6 cm. So I calculated a bit and came up with this milk karton. This is how I made it:

• Cut a piece of Pool Party card stock of 25 cm by 18 cm
• Score this piece with the long side up at 6 cm - 12 cm - 18 cm and 24 cm
• Turn the card stock and with the short side up you score at 6 cm and 12 cm. Turn your card stock upside down and score at 17 cm. Except for this score line all the other score lines are on the other side. 
• Then turn you card stock back (long side up again and the 1 cm score line on top) and score at 9 cm and 21 cm from the top to the first score line. These lines will help you with the next step.
• Make some score lines with your Take Your Pick tool (the small ball) and a ruler from the line you made above to the corner and also from the line to the other corner. There will be a triangle of scoring lines. See the picture below.

• Score all the lines
• Cut the scoring lines at the squares on the bottom en remove the small rectangle.
• Now you can glue the box.
• Punch some holes on the top and add some ribbon to shut the box.
• To decorate the box you matted the sides. I used Gorgeous Grape card stock with the measurements 5,5 cm by 5,5 cm for the first mat and the Lilly Pad Impressions Designer Series Paper with the measurements 5 cm by 5 cm for the second mat. This DSP you can also earn for free with an qualifying order of € 60,=
• Last but not least stamp some Lillies with the Lovely Lilly Pad stamp set en die cut them with the Lilly pad dies. These dies you can also earn for free with a qualifying order of € 120,=.
