Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop - New Year

Hoi en welkom op mijn blog. Vandaag doe ik mee aan de allereerste Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop. Een internationale blog hop die georganiseerd wordt door Angie McKenzie uit Amerika. Het thema van deze maand is "iets nieuws". Dat kan zijn een nieuw jaar, een nieuwe baan, een nieuw huis OF bijvoorbeeld nieuwe producten. Drie keer raden waar ik voor gekozen heb. Tuurlijk...... voor de nieuwe Stampin' Up! producten die ik heb ontvangen. 

Hi and welcome to my blog. Today I am participating in the very first Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop. This is an International blog hop that is organized by Angie McKenzie from America. The theme of this month is "something new". This can be the new year, a new job, a new home OR for example new products. Can you guess which subject I have chosen. Of course the new Stampin' Up! products I just received. 

Op een basiskaart van Whisper White heb ik om een achtergrond te creëeren een hartstempel gebruikt uit de Lots of Heart stempelset. Door de Balmy Blue inkt eerst een keer af te stempelen is de achtergrond heel licht geworden. 

On a base card of Whisper White card stock I created a background with the heart stamp out of the Lots of Heart stamp set. By stamping of the Balmy Blue ink once the background is just slightly there. 

Op de bestempelde basiskaart heb ik een stuk True Love Designer Series Paper geplakt en daarop een stuk Whisper White cardstock die ik met de Basic Pattern Decorative Masks en onze nieuwe Blending Brushes "gesponst" heb met Crumb Cake inkt. 

On the stamped base card I glued a piece of True Love Designer Series Paper and on top of that a piece of Whisper White card stock. With the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks, Crumb Cake ink and our very new and amazing Blending Brushes I "sponged" the polka dots. 

Als laatste heb ik de kaart afgemaakt door een bloem uit het True Love DSP te knippen en deze in te kleuren met de Stampin'  Blends in de kleuren Balmy Blue en Granny Apple Green. Als laatste heb ik er ook een subtiel glimmertje overheen gedaan met onze Clear Wink of Stella. 

Last but not least I finished the card by cutting out a flower out of the True Love DSP and coloring it in with the Stampin' Blends in the colors Balmy Blue en Granny Apple Green. And to give it some extra's I used the Clear Wink of Stella to add some sparkle.
