Juist...... de "nieuwe jaarcatalogus". Samen met Tatiana Tobin uit Australië en Angie McKenzie uit Amerika willen wij je graag kennis laten maken met een aantal nieuwe producten uit deze catalogus.

Hi and welcome to the monthly and International Global Creative INKspirations Blog Hop. On the 4th of May the new annual catalog will start. Can you guess what the theme of this month is? Correct..... the "new annual catalog". Together with Tatiana Tobin from Australia and Angie McKenzie, from America, we would like to show you some new products from the catalog.

Met het prachtige nieuwe Simply Elegant 12"x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper heb ik dit doosje gemaakt. Het DSP heeft aan de ene kant een design met een gouden, koperen en/of zilveren glans en aan de andere kant van het papier vind je een wat neutraler design.

With the beautiful new Simply Elegant 12"x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper I made this little box. On one side the DSP has a design in Gold, Copper and/or Silver. On the other side of the paper you will find a more neutral design.

Dit doosje heb ik speciaal gemaakt om een verpakking Toffifees in te doen! Wil je weten hoe? Heel makkelijk:

Neem een stuk gekleurd cardstock (Basic Gray) van 27,5 cm bij 17,5 cm en ril deze met de lange zijde boven op 10,9 cm - 13 cm - 23,9 cm en 26 cm
Vouw alle rillijnen. Je kunt het geheel nu in elkaar plakken, maar ik heb ervoor gekozen om eerst het doosje te versieren.
Om het doosje te versieren heb je het volgende nodig:

1x een stuk cardstock (Gold Foil) van 17 cm bij 10,4 cm
2x een strookje cardstock (Gold Foil) van 17 cm bij 1,6 cm
1x een stuk DSP van 16,5 cm bij 9,9 cm
2x een strook DSP van 16,5 cm bij 1,1 cm

Plak het DSP op de matten cardstock en plak dit geheel op het doosje.
Je kunt nu het geheel om het doosje met Toffifees plakken.
Om het doosje te versieren heb ik een rechthoek genomen die ik gestanst heb uit een stuk Basic White met de Stitched Rectangle Dies en hierop heb ik de tekst "Treat Yourself" gestempeld uit de Ice Cream stempelset. Deze rechthoek heb ik op het doosje geplakt met Stampin' Dimensionals.
Met de Pierced Bloom Dies heb ik een aantal blaadjes en bloemetjes gestanst uit Gold en Silver Foil en deze heb ik op het rechthoek geplakt.
Het doosje is nu klaar om aan iemand kado te doen.

This box I especially made for a box of Toffifees. Toffifees are sold in the supermarket in The Netherlands, but I am not sure if you all know them. This is how you make a box like this:

Take a piece of card stock (Basic Gray) of 27,5 cm by 17,5 cm en score it with the long side up at 10,9 cm - 13 cm - 23,9 cm and 26 cm
Fold all the scoring lines. You can glue the box together at this point, but I have chosen to decorate the box first with card stock/DSP before I glued it together.
To decorate the box you need:

1 piece of card stock (Gold Foil) of 17 cm by 10,4 cm
2 strips of card stock (Gold Foil) of 17 cm by 1,6 cm
1 piece of DSP of 16,5 cm by 9,9 cm
2 strips of DSP of 16,5 cm by 1,1 cm

You can glue all matts together and add it to the box.
Now you can glue the box around the box of Toffifees.
To decorate the box itself I cut a rectangle out of Basic White with the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I stamped the text "Treat Yourself" out of the Ice Cream stamp set on top of it. I added the rectangle to the box with some Stampin' Dimensionals.
With the Pierced Blooms Dies I cut some flowers and leaves out of some Gold and Silver foil and added them to the rectangle.
Now your box is ready to be gifted.
