Danielle Kassing - Stamp Along: Global Creative INKspiration Blog Hop

Hoi en welkom bij de maandelijkse Global Creative INKspirations Blog Hop. Het thema van deze maand is "kleurencombinatie". De kleurencombinatie waarmee ik aan de slag mocht gaan is de onderste, oftewel Fresh Freesia, Soft Seafoam en Gray Granite.

Hi and welcome to the monthly Global Creative INKspirations Blog Hop. The theme of this month is "work with this color combination". The color combination I "had" to use was the last one, Fresh Freesia, Soft Seafoam and Gray Granite.

Ik hoefde er niet lang over na te denken, want bij het zien van deze kleuren wist ik al dat ik graag met de Hand-Penned stempelset aan de gang wilde gaan. Als eerst heb ik de Gray Granite inkt genomen. Deze heb ik eerst 3x afgestempeld op mijn gridpaper en daarna heb ik het gestempeld op een stukje Watercolor Fluid 100 paper. En dit was het resultaat.

I didn't have to think long about what to make, because when I saw these colors I knew I wanted to use the Hand-Penned stamp set. I took the Gray Granite ink and I first stamped it 3 times on my grid paper before I stamped it on a piece of Watercolor Fluid 100 paper. This was the result.

Je kunt het haast niet zien, maar deze super lichte lijnen heb ik gebruikt om de bloemen in te kleuren. Ik weet niet hoe de techniek heet, maar op deze manier lijkt het net alsof ik het eindresultaat zo uit de losse pols heb getekend. Maar dat was dus niet zo. Ik kan helemaal niet tekenen hihi.... Dit zijn de kaartjes die ik gemaakt heb.

You hardly can see the lines. I used these really thin lines to color the flowers. I do not know how this technique is called, but in this way it just looks like I did draw the flowers myself. But I really didn't. I cannot even draw beautifully hihi..... These are the cards I made.

Met mijn Water Painters heb ik de kleuren Fresh Freesia en Soft Seafoam gebruikt om de bloemen in te kleuren. Het is een geduldig werkje, want tussendoor moet alles natuurlijk wel drogen, anders loopt het door. Nu moet ik wel eerlijk toegeven dat ik een heel klein beetje gesmokkeld heb, want voor de hartjes van de bloemen heb ik een piepklein beetje geel gebruikt. Ik hoop dat jullie dat niet erg zullen vinden.

With my Water Painters I colored the flowers with the colors Fresh Freesia and Soft Seafoam. I had to be patient coloring, because every leaf had to dry before I could start a new one. If you don't the ink will flow to the other leafs. I cheated a little bit with the colors, because I used some yellow to paint the hearts of the flowers. I hope you don't mind.
