Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop - oktober 2021

 

Hoi en welkom bij de Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop. Het thema van deze maand is "Herfst". Vandaag een eenvoudig kaartje en door het gebruik van bepaalde kleuren schreeuwt het herfst. Dit is de foto welke mij inspireerde om deze kaart te maken. 

Hi and welcome to the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop. The theme of this month is "Harvest time". Today I made a simple card and the colors I used just speak Autumn. This is the photo that inspired me to make this card.  

Deze hoop met blaadjes ligt elke Herfst weer voor mijn deur (nou ja het zijn natuurlijk wel elk jaar nieuwe blaadjes hihi). Deze kleine blaadjes komen van de bomen uit de straat en vaak staat de wind zodanig dat deze blaadjes naar onze inham voor het huis worden geblazen. Op zich geen probleem, totdat het waait en de voordeur open gaat. Je vindt ze dan echt door het hele huis hihi.... Dus hoog tijd om een positieve draai aan deze blaadjes te geven en daarom heb ik ze gebruikt als inspiratie voor mijn kaart. 

This pile of leaves lay in front of my front door every Autumn (well the leaves are new every autumn hihi). These are the small leaves from the trees in our street en most times the wind blows them to the front of our door. They gather together over there. Normally this is no problem, till we open the door and the wind blows them inside the house. You will find them everywhere inside hihi.... About time to make something positive out of these leaves which irritates me sometimes, so that is why I took these leaves as an inspiration for today's card. 

Met een vel kraft papier heb ik de basis gemaakt voor deze kleine slimline kaart, alleen maar door het vel doormidden te vouwen. Daar bovenop een stukje Pattern Party Designer Series Paper. Het Basic White cardstock heb ik eerst beinkt met Crushed Curry inkt door middel van de Basic Pattern Decorative Masks. Als laatste heb ik wat bladeren gestanst met de Forever Flourishing dies in de kleuren Crushed Curry en Cajun Craze. En dit is het resultaat. Een super lief, herfstig kaartje. 

With a piece of Kraft paper I made the base of this little slimline card just by folding the paper in half. On top of that I added a piece of Pattern Party Designer Series Paper. On the piece Basic White card stock I used the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks with the Crushed Curry ink to add some interest. With the Forever Flourishing Dies I cut some leaves out of a piece of Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze card stock. The result is a super cute slimline card with an Autumny feeling.
